Stuck Inside During Quarantine? Get Grounded Indoors Using a Spoon
We are all energetic beings, and our energies need to flow with ease for proper health and vitality. An indication that our energy flow is off is feeling ungrounded and "off." Why is it important for us to remain grounded?
When we are grounded we feel safe, stable, solid, and energized. We are able to think more clearly and process thoughts, information, and emotions with more ease. We feel nourished and sure-footed through this grounded connection with the Earth. The best natural way for us to get grounded is quite literally to make contact with the physical earth. Ever wonder why it feels so great to kick off your shoes and walk around barefoot on the grass or sand? That's because we are making direct contact with the Earth's energy, keeping our own energy grounded, stable, and flowing in the proper polarity. But during times like these when we aren't able to get outside as easily, it can be difficult to connect with the physical earth.
I recently learned a simple technique from Donna Eden as a great way that we can get grounded at home. Using the back of a stainless steel spoon, rub it on the soles of your feet. (Just make sure that the spoon is stainless steel and that a magnet can stick it.) Spooning the feet helps establish a strong connection with the metal in the haemoglobin in the blood and activates the body’s energy fields to correct the electromagnetic energy in every cell in your body. Rubbing the spoon on the sole of your feet lines up all the body’s cells in their correct polarity, allowing the flow of energy into and out of your feet.
I do this in the morning, anytime during the day when I need it, and right before bed as it aids in better sleep as well. I hope this helps you find some centeredness and peace.
